Confidential - Gathering insights on in-flight catering

This design research project aimed to identify the challenges faced by the catering industry within the air travel ecosystem. By gaining insights into their difficulties, aspirations, and potential opportunities, we were able to test several innovative concepts and evaluate their impacts within this complex environment. The project involved conducting interviews with various stakeholders in the ecosystem, along with ongoing trend research. It culminated in a comprehensive report that included key insights, a process map, and an analysis of the tested concepts.
