Confidential - Re-shaping space for a mobile service

To improve and standardize itinerant spaces for public services aimed at rural populations in France, we conducted a study to redefine the layout and flow management for various types of mobile equipment and spaces. The new proposal aims to enhance interactions between advisors and users, ultimately improving the overall service experience. Additionally, we produced a guidelines document that serves as a reference for professionals involved in implementing these public services in future itinerant spaces. This document outlines and standardizes layout requirements, taking into account factors such as materials, lighting, surfaces, and essential equipment.
